- Collect at the counter in seconds. Search the child, pick the instalment, print the receipt — amount in words, your institution's header.
- Overdue by age, not just a total. Up to a month, one to two months, over two months — the oldest column is the one to ring first.
- Cheques that never cleared. The receipt is issued, so the family believes it has paid. We keep asking until someone marks it cleared or bounced.
- A day book that closes. Cash, cheque and UPI totals for the day, by the person who collected them.

Do we need to install anything?
No. EduPlix.Ai runs in the browser on any computer, and on phones for teachers and parents. Your school gets its own address, like yourschool.eduplix.ai.
We keep everything in Excel today. Can we move?
Yes. Upload your student list and fee balances from Excel; the import checks every row and shows you the problems before anything is saved. Our team can do the migration for you.
Does it work for junior and degree colleges as well as schools?
Yes — schools from Nursery to 10th class, Intermediate colleges, and degree colleges. You set up your own classes, groups, years and sections, so the same system fits each one — and one group can run all three.
What if the internet goes down?
The data is safe on our servers — nothing is lost. The office picks up where it left off when the connection comes back.
